About Frank's Trust

Our Mission

Frank's Trust's aim, is to raise funds to assist animals in need. Those that require care or medical attention or contribute to charities and shelters that care for old, lame, or homeless animals and to contribute to providing shelter along with a little bit of human attention.

We ask for donations, big or small. Every little helps.

How Frank's Trust works

It’s quite likely that we set up a 'Current Project’. This means that we are raising a particular figure for a particular project or situation.

Example:

We have set up a goal of €1000 to fund the spaying and neutering of feral cats that are breeding rapidly in Axarquia. More information here.

When the goal fund is reached, the money is transferred to the vet that is carrying out the procedure on receipt of an invoice.

After the funds are exhausted, another project is arranged. If no current project is launched, any incoming donations will be held and may be distributed to a particular charity or charities, depending on the amount currently raised.

Each project page has a diary showing the project's progress, along with a simple breakdown of all financial transactions. All are recorded on this site so that you can see exactly where your money is going and for what.

If for any reason, the project is aborted, we have the right to hold the funds for an alternative project with the one rule that the funds will always go towards the welfare of animals. Should there be any excess funds, they will also be transferred to another animal welfare cause. All monies go directly to the charities that we support.

If your organisation helps animals in need, and you feel you would benefit from some form of support, please feel free to contact us.

Our aim is to help and provide financial contribution to numerous organisations who tirelessly support animal welfare
