PUPPY SEASON – TIME FOR CHANGE We are currently in what many rescues refer to as “Puppy Season.”
In just the last two weeks, we are aware of 26 newborn puppies who have been found abandoned in bins or left by the side of the road in this area alone.
Sadly, there will undoubtedly be more before this puppy season is over.
If they are lucky, someone finds them in time.
If they are not, they face a horrific death.
In all the years Tracy and I have been working in rescue, this season feels like the worst yet.
